How the template works

Simply update the text of the RACI chart to match your project and then begin adding deliverables or project tasks. You can then assign project members to each RACI role, with the key stakeholder being named as the responsible person.

A connected workflow allows you to integrate Slack for the requests for updates. Navigate to the workflow, test each step and add your Slack account. Then, publish the workflow and navigate back to the RACI interface. For a particular task, you can then click the button to request an update ensuring each project phase is on track.
